Overview

SmartMatch is TargetSmart’s voter list matching solution.

Upload your Excel or CSV contact list and map your file layout to start workflow execution. SmartMatch can produce one of the following outputs:

  • CSV deliverable: Download the matched list and accompanying reporting upon completion.
  • Digital onboarding: A digital ad audience is created based on the matched results.

Matching strategies

SmartMatch will determine a set of matching strategies based on the data found in the your input file.

  • voterbase_id lookup
  • US State code plus voter file id lookup
  • ExactTrack PID lookup
  • US State code plus SmartVan id lookup
  • Knowledge base identity resolution algorithms using PII such as emails, phone numbers, names and addresses
  • Name/proximity similarity
  • Name/age similarity

API

In addition to the My TargetSmart user interface, developers may integrate SmartMatch by consuming the SmartMatch API.
