Process:

How long does the onboarding process take?

This depends on the number of records and if any other audiences are in the queue. The Onboarding API is limited to one request per minute.

How do I know which/how many records match?

There is no way to know which or how many records will match in Facebook.

Can I onboard multiple audiences at once?

You can only onboard one audience at a time.

How much does the onboarding or usage cost?

Is the cost to use the audiences built into Facebook?

No, we are not able to bill through Facebook. Please refer to your API/Digital Onboarding SOW for pricing arrangement.


Onboarding email questions:

Records found vs. records Facebook received– why is that number higher?

The records found is the number of individual records that TargetSmart uploads to Facebook. Facebook splits the emails and phone numbers for an individual as separate records. Records received is showing the total records we submitted after this split.

What does the ‘Missing Permissions’ error mean?

This failure means that we need partnership access on the Facebook ad account. Once you add the partner access, you can resubmit the request succesfully. Here are the instructions.
